We offer domestic and international shipping.

2. Processing Time

• Ready-to-ship items dispatch in 2–3 working days.
• Customized/personalized items take 2–4 weeks.

3. Shipping Charges

• Calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order value.
• Free shipping may be applicable for orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹3000).

4. Tracking & Delivery

• Once shipped, a tracking link will be emailed/SMSed to you.
• Domestic delivery: 3–7 business days.
• International delivery: 7–21 business days.

5. Delays

AMP Jewels is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or customs clearance.

6. Loss/Damage in Transit

• Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the package is handed to the courier.
• Claims must be raised with the courier company directly for lost/damaged parcels.

7. Customs & Duties

• International orders may incur customs duties/taxes as per local regulations.
• Buyer is responsible for any additional charges at delivery.
